Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days if the items ordered are available and not out of stock or pre-order.

State whether or not shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. Communicate what the customer should expect if your company is experiencing a high volume of orders, and if they should expect any delays. Let them know how you will communicate these changes.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products' weight/volume you ordered.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Damages
Aria & Luke Baby Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Pick up in person

Orders can be picked up in person if you choose the option at checkout. You will receive a pick up ready email confirmation once the order is ready for pickup. All pickup orders must be picked up within 14 days of the email notice. Otherwise the order will be canceled.
